<p>Accountabilities</p>
<p>• Ensuring compliance with oil and gas industry standards.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in identifying hazards, evaluating risks, and implementing control measures.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Conducting inspections, safety audits, and documentation to ensure adherence to HSE standards and legal requirements.</p>
<p>• Effectively conveying HSE policies and promoting culture of safety.</p>
<p>• Leading safety initiatives and motivating personnel to follow best practices.</p>
<p>• Promoting HSE culture in office and site and lead by example.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Support all departments to achieve their objectives safely.</p>

<p>Experience and Qualifications&nbsp;</p>
<p>• University degree in occupational health and industrial safety, Environmental science, Engineering or a related discipline.</p>
<p>• Minimum 13 years of experience in health, safety, and environment within the oil and gas industry out of which 5 years at managerial level.</p>
<p>• Strong HSE leadership and process safety knowledge.</p>
<p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.</p>
