Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).0–2 years of experience in product development, user research, or
product engineering roles.Strong
understanding of user-centered design and product definition.Ability
to translate user needs into clear, structured product requirements.Basic
understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) and testing
principles.Strong
analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.Ability
to work across cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.Interest
in medical devices, wearable technology, and regulated products.
