Preferably in computer science, Business or related filed.Experience:minimum of 7 years of experience with bachelor’s degree   Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute the Digital Channels & EmergingTech growth strategy and roadmap.Align Digital Channels initiatives with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.Drive Digital Channels adoption, customer onboarding, and digital engagement initiatives.Increase digital transactions including recharge, bill payments, and services usage.Design and execute campaigns to convert non-digital users into Digital Channels.Launch retention and re-engagement initiatives to increase repeat usage.Reduce churn through lifecycle management and win-back strategies.Manage in-app messaging, push notifications, and customer journeys using digital engagement tools (e.g., CleverTap).Develop targeted and personalized communication campaigns using segmentation tools.Create and manage campaign journeys across push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels.Implement gamification and engagement features to enhance user experience and retention.Improve overall customer experience across the app by identifying and addressing user pain points.Coordinate with Product, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of Digital Channels enhancements and campaigns.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure proactive resolution.Manage relationships with digital vendors and partners to enhance platform capabilities.Ensure seamless execution of campaigns with fast time-to-market delivery.
