Resident Engineer

Position: Resident Engineer (including Design Review)
Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field); PMP Certificate preferred
Years of Experience: 20+ years total; min. 10 years with a consultancy; completed at least two (2) projects of similar size/value as Resident Engineer/Project Manager from inception to closeout
Primary Role: Overall site supervision and contract administration
Key Responsibilities: Lead the supervision team, review and approve contractor submissions and design documents, monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with contract requirements, coordinate with the Client, consultants and contractor, manage technical issues, and certify completed works.
