Job Summary
Karwa Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Omani Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand the company’s commercial activities within Oman and regional markets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic marketing initiatives related to buses, trucks, specialty vehicles, and related mobility solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector, particularly buses and trucks, along with proven experience in government, semi-government, and private sector business development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government, defense, transportation, logistics, oil & gas, and private sectors.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tender submissions, and contract discussions with clients and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, distributors, and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, after-sales, and finance departments to ensure successful project execution.
Marketing & Brand Management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand positioning.
• Manage participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events locally and internationally.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, product profiles, and promotional campaigns.
• Enhance digital marketing presence and corporate communication activities.
• Conduct market research and customer satisfaction analysis.
Team Management
• Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of departmental objectives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development plans for team members.
Reporting & Strategy
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports.
• Support management in developing long-term business expansion strategies.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, partnership development, and commercial planning.

Qualifications & Experience
• Omani Nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within buses, trucks, commercial vehicles, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the GCC commercial vehicle market is preferred.
• Experience in handling government tenders and strategic accounts.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.

• Experience in bus manufacturing, truck sales, special vehicles, or mobility solutions.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes in Oman and GCC countries.
• Existing network within transportation, logistics, defense, or infrastructure sectors.
