Position: Internship

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our growing team and support Mazar’s day-to-day marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

Support daily marketplace, order operations and data analysis
Coordinate with sellers, buyers, and logistics partners
Help with the startup growth metrics
Follow up on deliveries, returns, cancellations, and operational issues
Support seller onboarding and seller acquisition activities
Monitor orders and ensure operational issues are resolved quickly
Assist with customer support and escalation of cases
Maintain operational records, trackers, and reports
Collect and organize operational data
Identify recurring operational problems and suggest improvements
Help improve internal workflows and SOPs
Support logistics and reverse-logistics processes
Coordinate with different departments when needed
Support marketplace quality and seller performance monitoring
Assist with testing new operational processes and app features
Participate in Mazar projects, campaigns, and launch activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a business related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good problem-solving ability
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
Able to work in a fast-moving startup environment
Proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative
Good English and Arabic communication skills
Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, and technology
