About the Role:
We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa at Yiti Bay Muscat and are currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate Director of Human Resources to join our pre-opening leadership team.
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, talent strategy, and operational excellence of our luxury resort from the ground up. You will lead the HR team in aligning business objectives with employees and management, ensuring compliance with local laws and international hospitality standards, and creating a workplace environment synonymous with excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a diverse team for all departments ahead of the resort’s grand opening.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Foster a high-performance, service-driven culture that reflects the values of a luxury brand.
Oversee employee engagement, training, and performance management programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and departmental leaders on all HR-related matters.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Omani national.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in Human Resources leadership roles within the luxury hospitality sector, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel environment.
Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Omani labor law and international HR best practices.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Fluent in Arabic and English.
