Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient consultations, evaluating medical history, and performing physical examinations to determine the most suitable IVF treatment plan.Perform all aspects of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including ovarian stimulation, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation, ensuring precision and patient safety.Interpret diagnostic test results, such as hormonal assays and ultrasound scans, to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.Collaborate with embryologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize laboratory procedures and ensure the highest standards of embryo development and implantation.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and regulatory requirements.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop collaborative treatment strategies.Oversee the management of the IVF clinic, including quality control, staff training, and adherence to established protocols and policies.
