Operation Lead - OPAL

The job purpose of (Omani) Project lead is to provide operational direction for the OPAL Contract. Ensuring
that all candidates and employees are provided to clients at the correct times and for the correct
durations. Preparing and ensuring all budgets are adhered to and the project remains in profit and on
time. Responsible for scheduling the works and making arrangements to utilise all employees and trainees
in other areas of the Project /Contract when no shutdown work is available. This position is for Omani National Only. Core Competencies: Leadership: Project Lead must be able to provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire their teams, set
clear goals, and effectively delegate tasks. Strategic Thinking: Should have the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with
the Project /Contract's goals and objectives. Decision Making: Must be decisive and able to make informed decisions quickly, often in high-pressure
situations. Financial Management: Understanding financial principles and being able to manage and control
budgets, analyze financial statements, cost cutting and make sound financial decisions. Communication Skills: Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential for Project Leads to
convey expectations, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
Must have English and Arabic fluency. This position is for Omani Citizen. Problem Solving: Project Leads need strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and
implement changes as needed to address challenges that arise. Team Building and Development: Should be able to build cohesive teams, foster a positive work culture,
and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees. Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and delivering products or services that meet or exceed
those needs is vital for the success of any Project /Contract.Adaptability: Must be adaptable and able to respond effectively to changes in the Project /Contract
environment, whether it's technological advancements, market trends, or regulatory requirements. Networking and Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders,
including employees, customers, suppliers, and industry peers, is important for the success of the Project
/Contract.
