Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with Construction Team and suppliers to make sure that work progress and quality is maintained. Develop and implement the MEP QA/QC plan, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), and proactively monitor their execution to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations, verifying workmanship, material compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.Lead and mentor the MEP QA/QC team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective quality control practices.Review and approve MEP submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to address quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and punch lists, providing accurate records of quality performance.Participate in project meetings, providing updates on QA/QC activities, and proactively identifying and resolving potential quality risks.
