Field Tech 4 General Maintenance/ Production (Day)

<p>We are seeking a competent and motivated Multiskilled Field Technician to join our team for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project, a key initiative within OQEP and TotalEnergies energy transition strategy. This hands-on role primarily involves field operations, with additional responsibilities supporting general maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the LNG facility.</p>
<p>Main tasks and responsibilities</p>
<p>Project Phase:</p>
<p>Participates in a structured 15-month development program, including 3 months of fundamental training and 12 months of on-the-job training at an LNG facility during which he will develop a multidisciplinary competency in general maintenance, field operations and HSE practices to support safe and reliable plant performance.</p>
<p>Contributes to plant commissioning and start-up activities upon completion of the development program, applying newly acquired technical skills in an operational environment.</p>
<p>Normal Operation Phase:</p>
<p>Strictly follow all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in daily activities.</p>
<p>Adhere to safe work practices and actively contribute to maintaining a safety-first environment.</p>
<p>Participate in emergency drills and remain ready to respond to incidents such as fire, gas release, or medical emergencies.</p>
<p>Support routine field operations during day and night shifts as directed by the Senior Technician and Shift Supervisor.</p>
<p>Coordinate with the Panel Operator to carry out field operations safely and efficiently.</p>
