Minimum Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid Nursing License/Registration in home country.
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
Male candidates only.
Hold valid Oman Ministry of Health (MOH) nursing licensure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency medical care for employees.
Assess, treat, and monitor occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Conduct routine health assessments and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
Maintain confidential employee medical records and health reports.
Respond promptly to workplace emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals when necessary.
Promote workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
