EmploymentFull-time LevelSenior SystemsVRF / DX / CHWSRROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong background in construction contracting to join our Mechanical department. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems design, project management, and client-consultant coordination, with the ability to lead projects from initiation through to successful handover.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1 HSE & QA/QC ComplianceEnsure health, safety & quality assurance standards are maintained across all HVAC works on site2 Engineering Submissions & ApprovalsPrepare, review, and follow up on engineering submissions for client consultant review and approval3 HVAC System Design KnowledgeApply hands-on design expertise in VRF, DX, Hi-wall, and CHWSR systems across projects4 Cost Control & SupervisionMonitor project costs, conduct quality checks, and provide effective on-site supervision5 Team LeadershipForm, mentor, and lead site engineering teams to achieve project targets6 Project ManagementHandle planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and multi-stakeholder coordination7 Full Project Lifecycle OwnershipInitiate projects professionally and ensure a smooth and successful client handover8 Material KnowledgeDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of HVAC materials for correct selection and procurement9 Client & Consultant RelationsBuild strong relationships, manage expectations, and effectively negotiate with clients and consultantsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplineMinimum 5–6 years of experience in an HVAC role within a construction contracting companyHands-on design experience with VRF, DX, Hi-wall, and CHWSR systemsProven track record of managing full project lifecycle from initiation to handoverStrong working knowledge of HSE regulations and QA/QC procedures on construction sitesDemonstrated experience preparing and following up engineering submittals with client consultantsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent engineering toolsExcellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantageStrong leadership and team management capabilities
