Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports.
Measure quantities from drawings and site to prepare bills of quantities and take-offs.
Support in cost estimation for variations, claims, and change orders.
Coordinate with site teams to monitor progress and update cost/value reports.
Assist in preparation and review of subcontractor payments, invoices, and comparisons.
Maintain proper records of drawings, site instructions, and correspondence for contractual purposes.
Support for procurement for technical clarification and budget comparison
Assist in cash flow forecasts and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors under the guidance of the Senior QS.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry standards.
