Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical maintenance of bulk handling systems: truck unloaders, conveyors, stackers, mobile hoppers, and shiploaders.Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure asset reliability.Ensure safe work practices and strict HSE compliance.Manage, mentor, and train mechanical engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).Optimize equipment performance and maintenance cycles.Coordinate with operations, marine teams, contractors, and OEMs for smooth terminal operations.Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, manpower planning, and spare parts forecasting.
