GENERAL MAINTENCE TECHNICIAN

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians with a minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury residences, palaces, embassies, hotels, stadiums, commercial buildings, facilities management, oil & gas, or other high-profile properties.

The selected candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of a VVIP residence. The role includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.

The position requires on-call availability for emergency maintenance requirements and involves both indoor and outdoor work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and other physical maintenance tasks.
