Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and address students' learning needs. Conduct laboratory experiments and practical activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress using a variety of assessment methods. Prepare and mark assignments, quizzes, tests, and examinations. Maintain accurate student records and provide timely academic reports. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Participate in school meetings, professional development activities, and extracurricular programs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and well-being. Comply with all school policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements. Required Skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong classroom management skills.
