Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge in interior fit-out and contracting work to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end projects and demonstrate exceptional technical, commercial, and analytical capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for interior fit-out projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documents with high accuracyConduct quantity take-offs and material assessmentsManage project costs from inception to completionEvaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contractsMonitor variations, prepare interim valuations, and manage final accountsEnsure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecyclePerform risk and value engineering analysisLiaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with contractual and legal requirementsRequirementsProven experience in interior fit-out and contracting worksStrong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and high-end specificationsAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawingsExperience working on luxury and high-end projectsExcellent negotiation and commercial management skillsHigh proficiency in cost management software and MS OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and reporting skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldWhat We OfferVery competitive salary packageAttractive performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities within a dynamic organizationProfessional and supportive work environmentAdditional benefits in line with experience and qualifications
