QA Engineer – AI, RAG & Enterprise Applications

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts.Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Test Enterprise AI applications, RAG platforms, AI Agents and AI Chatbots.Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency and factual correctness.Identify AI hallucinations, incorrect responses and workflow issues.Test ERP systems, enterprise portals, customer portals, university portals and complex web applications.Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.Validate integrations with databases, third-party APIs, email systems and business applications.Perform cross-browser, responsive and mobile compatibility testing.Report, track and verify software defects using bug tracking tools.Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts and Product Managers to ensure high-quality releases.Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
