Job Description:Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP sales and distribution process modules. (SD)Analyze and implement changes in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) based on priorities from business owners.Collaborate with business units to ensure solutions meet requirements.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other modules.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and maintain system documentation.Serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP S/4 HANA SD module, guiding best practices.Manage project work related to Sales & Distribution and provide regular progress updates.Ensure compliance with global business processes in customer service, pricing, and logistics.Organize training sessions to enhance SAP users' understanding of processes.
