As a Senior Commercial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the acquisition and account management teams, ensuring every contract, document, and partner detail is handled with precision and speed. This is the role for someone who is highly organized, thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in making everything run smoothly in a fast-growing, high-energy environment.🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:Support the commercial team in managing partner relationships, contract documentation, and onboarding processes end to endCoordinate between acquisition, content, operations, and finance teams to ensure signed brands are activated on the platform without delaysMaintain and update the brand tracker, pipeline reports, and status dashboards on a daily basisFollow up with AMs/Acquisition on pending documents, NOCs, banking details, and contract signaturesAssist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and partner communicationsOrganize and minute commercial meetings, retraining sessions, and partner review calls🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring:4+ years of experience in a coordination, commercial support, or operations role ideally within a fast-paced or tech environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and comfortable working with data and trackersA proactive team player who takes ownership and follows through without needing to be chased✨ Bonus Points if You Have:Prior experience in a delivery platform, super app, or e-commerce environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools or pipeline management systemsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceInside Snoonu’s UniverseSnoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place.
