Construction Manager – Owner’s Engineer – Oman (Ref. OE-24-STMGR)

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead daily site supervision activities and coordinate the Owner’s Engineer site team across civil, electrical, renewable energy, quality, planning, HSE interface, and document control functions.Monitor construction works against approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans, method statements, and applicable standards.Coordinate site interfaces between contractors, discipline engineers, project stakeholders, and relevant authorities or third parties.Review progress, identify risks, bessdelays, interface constraints, and quality concerns, and support timely corrective actions.Ensure site observations, technical issues, quality concerns, and progress updates are accurately captured and reported.Support permit, regulatory, stakeholder, and interface coordination activities as required.Act as the senior site representative for the Owner’s Engineer team and deputise for project leadership when required.
