As an instructor at Studio Karve, you will be responsible for leading high-quality transformer classes, providing individualized guidance, and ensuring a positive and engaging client experience. This role requires a deep understanding of pilates techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Class Instruction:
● Lead group classes and private sessions tailored to clients’ needs and fitness levels.
● Design and deliver safe, effective, and creative workouts based on the Karve method.
● Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate clients with varying abilities.
Client Engagement:
● Build strong relationships with clients to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
● Monitor clients’ progress, offer constructive feedback, and encourage continued improvement.
● Address individual concerns and goals to enhance client satisfaction.
Studio Collaboration:
● Work closely with the Head Trainer and other team members to maintain class quality.
● Collaborate on studio events, workshops, and special sessions.
● Assist with promoting studio programs and services.
Safety and Cleanliness:
● Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
● Ensure compliance with studio safety protocols and proper equipment use.
● Identify any potential risks and take action to prevent injuries.
Development and CPD
● Attend regular upskilling sessions
● Take part in classes regularly to maintain own technique and skill level
● Attend monthly team meetings
