HR Executive

HIRING: HR Executive – Leading Organization (Muscat, Oman)
On behalf of our client, a leading organization in Muscat, we are inviting applications from qualified HR professionals for the position of HR Executive.

Candidate Profile:
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and best practices
* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
* Ability to manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR processes
* Familiarity with Oman Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Academic Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Professional HR certifications will be an advantage

Experience:
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage
