Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesPosition purpose and your key responsibilities The purpose of this position is to lead the mechanical maintenance function for all bulk solid handling systems including truck unloaders, conveyors, stackers, mobile hoppers, and ship loaders handling petcock and sulfur at the terminal. The Mechanical Maintenance Manager will ensure asset reliability, safe work practices, and cost-effective maintenance execution while building a proactive and skilled mechanical maintenance team.Maintenance Leadership and Strategy Lead all mechanical maintenance activities to ensure maximum reliability and availability of bulk handling assets. Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for mechanical systems and components. Prepare and manage the annual mechanical maintenance budget, manpower planning, and spare parts forecasting. Implement maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices across all mechanical areas. Define and monitor key maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, equipment downtime, etc.) and drive performance improvements.
