<p>🔎 The Opportunity</p>
<p></p>
<p>As Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CFO and collaborate with the Board of Directors, shareholders, lenders, and regulatory authorities.</p>
<p></p>
<p>You will contribute to strengthening financial processes, enhancing internal controls, and supporting the company’s long-term financial sustainability.</p>

<p>💼 Key Responsibilities</p>
<p></p>
<p>Support financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives</p>
<p></p>
<p>Oversee IFRS-compliant financial reporting</p>
<p></p>
<p>Ensure compliance with Omani Commercial Companies Law and tax regulations</p>
<p></p>
<p>Manage internal and external audits</p>
<p></p>
<p>Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks</p>
<p></p>
<p>Monitor PWPA compliance, lender reporting, and debt covenant obligations</p>
<p></p>
<p>Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and financial analysis</p>
<p></p>
<p>Prepare accurate financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis</p>
<p></p>
<p>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings</p>
<p></p>
<p>Supervise and develop the finance team while supporting Omanization initiatives</p>
<p></p>
<p>🎓 Qualifications &amp; Experience</p>
<p></p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)</p>
<p></p>
<p>Professional certification preferred: ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA</p>
<p></p>
<p>Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience</p>
<p></p>
<p>Experience in utilities, energy, IWPP/IPP, or infrastructure (Oman/GCC preferred)</p>
<p></p>
<p>Strong knowledge of IFRS, project finance, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)</p>
<p></p>
<p>Strong analytical skills and ability to present financial insights to senior management</p>
