<p dir = "auto">Lead the Corporate Finance and Debt Management t activities &amp; team at OQ Corporate, under Head of Corporate finance, acting as single point of accountability and lead role for the end-to-end process related with raising funding through Loan Capital Markets (assessment of capital needs, evaluate financing options, negotiate loan agreements, and manage relationships with banks) and Manage Intercompany Loan agreements by: (1) Develop and implement the funding strategy for further decision-making process and guide on sources of funding, (2) Lead capital structure for short term and long-term debt management (associated with bilateral and syndicated lines, debt issuance, shareholders financing), (3) Maintain and cultivate domestic and international banking relationships for the development and implementation of funding strategies,(4) Track Corporate Loans and support the Subsidiaries (loan agreements, interest calculations and repayments), and (5) Ensure a high quality reporting process and continuous improvement initiatives, while encourage the capacity building of assigned team; in order to ensure the OQ Group company's financial health and success.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir = "auto">The position will act in accordance with the Group’s Mission, Vision, Values &amp; Strategies, as well as, policies, guidelines, and international standards, supported by an IT Technology platform, HSE standards, Omani’s government &amp; other legal justifications, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Main tasks and responsibilities</p>
<p dir = "auto">Funding Strategy • Develop and implement the OQ Corporate funding strategy for further decision-making process</p>
<p dir = "auto">• inlead the end-to-end process for raising funding through debt capital markets.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, performance indicators, key metrics, and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Advise on sources of funding, negotiating with lenders and managing the funding obtained</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Identify and assess possible financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Stakeholder Relations (Banking, OIA, DMO &amp; Subsidiaries) • Maintains and cultivates domestic, Regional and international banking relationships to develop and implement funding strategy</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Manage Communications and Coordinate with OIA and DMO regarding funding requirements and approvals</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Support Assets/Subsidiaries with Debt raising initiatives.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Monitoring &amp; Reporting • Maintain and track Intercompany Loans (loan agreements, interest calculations and repayments)</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Manage debt reporting activity, preparation, and submission of debt reporting pack on a regular basis to all stakeholders, including but not limited to CFO, ILT, OIA, MoF, shareholder and ad Hoc reporting packs.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Oversee debt covenant compliance analysis, forecasting, reporting and KYC</p>

<p dir = "auto">Education requirements • Minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or equivalent</p>
