<p>JOB SCOPE</p>
<p>To lead and manage Oman Airports’ real estate portfolio by maximizing revenue, optimizing asset utilization, and driving strategic property development initiatives across all airport locations.</p>

<p>ACCOUNTABILITIES</p>
<p>• Develop and execute the real estate strategy aligned with Oman Airports’ commercial objectives.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Oversee leasing, property management, and development of airport real estate assets (retail, offices, logistics, and land).&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Identify and drive new real estate development opportunities, including commercial zones and airport city concepts.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Lead negotiations for lease agreements, concessions, and partnerships with tenants and investors.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Maximize revenue generation and return on investment from real estate assets.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Monitor market trends, property values, and investment opportunities locally and internationally.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams on contracts, compliance, and asset performance.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Ensure effective property management, maintenance standards, and tenant satisfaction.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Develop long-term master plans for land use and commercial development.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Lead, manage, and develop the real estate team.&nbsp;</p>

<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).&nbsp;</p>
<p>• 12+ years of experience in real estate development, asset management, or property investment.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• With minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles within same function.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Strong experience in large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments (airport experience is a plus).</p>
<p>• Proven leadership experience in a senior real estate role.&nbsp;</p>
