المسؤوليات التشغيلية والفنية:
مفتش مواد بترولية
❖ مساعدة كبار المفتشين في إجراء عمليات فحص المنتجات البترولية أثناء عمليات التحميل والتفريغ والنقل والتخزين في المحطات والمصافي ومجمعات الخزانات والسفن البحرية.
❖ مراقبة والمشاركة في إجراءات أخذ عينات من المنتجات البترولية (النفط الخام، الديزل، البنزين، وقود الطائرات، زيت الوقود، غاز البترول المسال، وغيرها) وفقاً للمعايير الدولية مثل API وASTM وISO.
❖ دعم المفتشين في تنفيذ أنشطة تحديد الكميات، بما في ذلك قياس مستويات الخزانات، وقياس درجات الحرارة، والكشف عن وجود الماء، وحساب الأحجام.
❖ المساعدة في عمليات فحص مراقبة الجودة، لضمان مطابقة المنتجات البترولية للمواصفات التعاقدية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
❖ تعلم واتباع إجراءات الفحص، وقوائم التحقق، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) المطبقة أثناء عمليات نقل الملكية (Custody Transfer).
❖ المشاركة في عمليات فحص الخزانات، بما في ذلك التحقق من حالة الخزان، وفحص النظافة، وتوثيق الملاحظات.
❖ دعم عمليات تجهيز والتعامل السليم مع العينات والأختام والملصقات للحفاظ على سلامة العينات.
❖ المساعدة في مراقبة عمليات التحميل والتفريغ للتحقق من الامتثال للإجراءات التشغيلية ومتطلبات السلامة.
❖ تسجيل القياسات الميدانية بدقة والمساعدة في إعداد تقارير الفحص والملاحظات الميدانية والوثائق.
❖ تعلم استخدام معدات وأدوات الفحص مثل أشرطة القياس، ومقاييس الحرارة، ومقاييس الكثافة (الهيدروميتر)، ومعجون كشف الماء، وأجهزة أخذ العينات.
❖ دعم المفتشين في التحقق من وثائق الشحنة، بما في ذلك بوالص الشحن، وشهادات الجودة، وتقارير الكميات، وسجلات الفحص.
❖ القيادة داخل المحطة وحضور الأنشطة التشغيلية الميدانية عند الاقتضاء ودون استثناء.

2. الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والجودة:
❖ اتباع جميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) أثناء العمل في البيئات البترولية التي تنطوي على مخاطر.
❖ الالتزام الصارم بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالمحطة/السفينة وشركة Geo-Chem، وإجراءات الجودة، وبروتوكولات الشركة.
❖ الحفاظ دائماً على الامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).
❖ الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مخاطر تتعلق بالسلامة، أو حوادث وشيكة الوقوع (Near Miss)، أو حوادث فعلية، أو مشكلات تشغيلية إلى الجهة المعنية في التسلسل الإداري.
3. المعايير الإدارية والمهنية:
❖ ضمان الالتزام بمواعيد الحضور، وذلك من خلال تقديم إشعار مسبق قبل 12 ساعة في حال التأخير، وإبلاغ الإدارة عن الإجازات المرضية قبل اعتماد جدول المناوبات. ❖ إظهار روح العمل الجماعي والاحترافية والاستعداد للعمل في أيام العطلة عند ذروة ضغط العمل.
❖ الالتزام بتعليمات الإدارة والتقيد بأعلى معايير الانضباط والسلامة
.Operational and Technical Responsibilities:
Petroleum Inspector
❖ Assist senior inspectors in conducting petroleum product inspections during loading, discharge, transfer, and storage operations at terminals, refineries, tank farms, and marine vessels.
❖ Observe and participate in sampling procedures of petroleum products (crude oil, diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, fuel oil, LPG, etc.) in accordance with international standards such as API, ASTM, and ISO.
❖ Support inspectors in performing quantity determination activities including tank gauging, temperature measurement, water detection, and volume calculations.
❖ Assist in quality control inspections, ensuring petroleum products meet contractual specifications and regulatory requirements.
❖ Learn and follow inspection procedures, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) used during custody transfer operations.
❖ Participate in tank inspections, including verification of tank conditions, cleanliness checks, and documentation of observations.
❖ Support the preparation and proper handling of samples, seals, and labels to maintain sample integrity.
❖ Assist in monitoring loading and discharge operations to verify compliance with operational procedures and safety requirements.
❖ Record field measurements accurately and assist in preparing inspection reports, field notes, and documentation.
❖ Learn the use of inspection equipment and instruments such as gauging tapes, thermometers, hydrometers, water paste, and sampling devices.
❖ Support inspectors in verifying cargo documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of quality, quantity reports, and inspection records.
❖ Drive within the Terminal and attend field operational activities as required without exceptions.

2. HSE & Quality Compliance:
❖ Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements while working in hazardous petroleum environments.
❖ Strictly adhere to Terminal / Vessel & Geo-Chem HSE regulations, quality procedures and company protocols.
❖ Always maintain full compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
❖ Report immediately any safety hazards, near miss, incidents or operational issues to the line of reporting.
3. Administrative & Professional Standards:
❖ Ensure punctual attendance by providing 12-hour prior notice for delays and informing of medical leave before the duty schedule is finalized.
❖ Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism and readiness to work on off days during peak workload.
❖ Follow Management instructions and uphold the highest standards of discipline and safety.
