Qa Qc Mechanical Engineer

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide QA/QC technical expertise and support for company projects.Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).Review and approve EPC engineering deliverables and QA/QC documentation.Ensure compliance with project quality plans, engineering codes, and standards.Review and approve welding documents (WPS, PQR, PWPS) and NDT procedures.Conduct internal and external quality audits.Lead NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close-out.Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and third-party inspection reports.Provide QA/QC training, guidance, and technical support to project/site teams.Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and the Quality Department on quality-related matters.Monitor deviation control and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
