Finance Manager

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with Oman financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning activities.Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets.Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis.Monitor financial risks and ensure proper mitigation measures are in place.
