<p dir = "auto"><strong>Job Content:</strong></p> <p dir = "auto">Design and define integrated GIS and CMMS solutions to support OETC asset lifecycle management, operational workflows, and decision support. The role focuses on system architecture, business workflows, and integration standards between GIS, CMMS/EAM, inspection systems, and OETC platforms to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable asset management across OETC transmission infrastructure. Ensure alignment between asset data models, maintenance processes, inspection data, and enterprise applications to enable seamless integration and efficient asset operations.</p> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Description:</strong></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li>Design and define GIS–CMMS system architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks based on business and operational requirements.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into detailed system designs including data models, workflows, integrations, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Design asset lifecycle workflows linking GIS asset data, CMMS maintenance processes, inspection data, and operational systems.</li> <li>Define integration frameworks between GIS and enterprise systems (CMMS/EAM, DMS, ERP, document management, inspection platforms).</li> <li>Design enterprise asset data models, asset hierarchies, and coding structures aligned with GIS and CMMS requirements.</li> <li>Define standards for asset data synchronization between GIS and CMMS including validation rules, reconciliation workflows, and QA/QC processes.</li> <li>Support the implementation and configuration of asset management workflows in CMMS and GIS platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with GIS developers, analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure system designs meet operational and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Define reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics requirements to support asset performance monitoring and operational decision making.</li> <li>Develop technical design documentation including solution architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and SOPs.</li> <li>Support testing, system validation, and acceptance of new GIS and CMMS functionalities during implementation and upgrades.</li> </ul> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li>Bachelor degree in GIS or equivalent IT-related</li> </ul> <p dir = "auto"><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li>Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience </li> </ul>
