Team Leader Operation Support

We are seeking applications from candidates with following expertiseLead effective operational/
Engineering support to team members daily, focusing on the delivery of the
Operating Plan in the refinery assigned
Sub -Complex / Area:  Heavy
Oils  (CDU/VDU/SGP/LTU/KTU/DCU),
Hydroprocessing (HCU/DHT/HPU/PSA), and Sulfur Utilities WWTP under  Manager Operation Complex (Respectably), for
the assigned Area unit, acting as the technical engineering leader, through;
(1) Leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to have an
engineering common approach regarding troubleshooting and technical issues of
the operation  (2) Lead the plant technical
assessment and provide daily support on the technical operation and maintenance
engineering activities, (3) Lead technical analysis of plant operations; to
ensure plant operations achieve the production targets under the engineering
and technical standards with maximum efficiency and effeteness and specific
plant Area unit throughput/products meets required specifications most
economically and safely.
