<p dir = "auto">The Officer – Loan Review supports the review and assessment of loan portfolios and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures. He/She assists in reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The Officer – Loan Review supports the monitoring of loan classifications, maintains accurate loan review records, and highlights potential risks. He/She contributes to the preparation of reports and communicates observations to support effective loan review processes.</p>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Reviews loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved policies and procedures. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Identifies documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks and escalates findings to the concerned stakeholders. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Supports the monitoring of loan classification and declassification in line with regulatory guidelines and internal frameworks. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Assists in maintaining accurate and up-to-date loan review records, reports, and documentation. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Coordinates with relevant departments to obtain required information and to support timely completion of loan reviews. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Follows established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in loan review activities. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Supports the implementation of improvements in loan review processes based on identified observations. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Maintains awareness of applicable regulations, policies, and lending standards to support compliant practices.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Stays current on the latest lending regulations and changes to loan process policies.</p>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or Accounting.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Fresh graduate with 0 years of experience, registered as unemployed and have no registered work history.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Demonstrates basic understanding of lending principles and loan documentation. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Shows awareness of local central bank regulations related to lending. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Understands basic concepts of Credit Risk Management and Loan Review processes. </p>
<p dir = "auto">• Exhibits basic awareness of IFRS 9 and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) concepts. </p>
