Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAssess patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation requirements.Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.Administer physiotherapy treatments, exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation programs.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercise routines, and preventive care measures.Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall physical function.Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and professional ethics.Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices, techniques, and healthcare regulations.
