To provide construction design, technical expertise/analysis and/or resolution of engineering problems within specific electrical discipline, in order to develop state of the art district cooling services that meet client requirements and ensures proper return on investment to the shareholdersReviews, analyses, and resolves design and field construction problems, discrepancies and inferences within the area of discipline with supervision, client, and other contractors as required Provides review of design documents for constructabilityPerforms and prepares other engineering functions such as calculations, drawings, specifications, bill of materials, assists in site supervision, commissioning, etcOversees and provide work direction to DraftsmanAssists in issuing bids to suppliers and subcontractors and provides assistance in bid analysis (technical) as requiredProvides engineering expertise/supervision on site, as requiredAssists with commissioning and in monitoring actual operational data, as requiredPrepares connected electric load schedulerPrepares substation designs (11KV to 415V)RequirementsMinimum Qualifications: University degree in Electrical engineering.Masters DegreeMinimum Experience:7-8 yrs experience in A/C design work of large central systems, or related activitiesJob-Specific Skills:Knowledge in application of specific engineering soft wares related to Electrical Engineering disciplineCurrent IT literacy including carrier hourly analysis programme (HAP) Primavera and MS projectKnowledge of DOE 2.1 E & AutoCAD 2000Knowledge of international engineering codes and local authority requirementsEnglish LanguageKnowledge of Policy & ProcedureTime ManagementPCWritten CommunicationDesigningEngineering Principles
