<p dir = "auto"><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">Commissions and oversees the installation of equipment, systems, facilities and plants on a client's site. Responsible for ensuring that all new machinery and equipment are fitted properly and function at optimum capacity to meet the client's needs. </p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></p>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>Day-to-Day Operations</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures.</li>
<li>Integrity scheduling and coordinating work as of project completion date. </li>
<li>Ensuring the equipment works to its specification.</li>
<li>Creating and carrying out test procedures.</li>
<li>Investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Liaising with installation / project Engineers.</li>
<li>Supervising Engineering and technical staff.</li>
<li>Writing reports and documentation.</li>
<li>Providing technical support.</li>
<li>Ensuring safe working conditions.</li>
<li>Training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate.</li>
<li>Follow and obey all instruction from manager and respect company policy.</li>
<li>Carry out all jobs related to machinery on board and workshop assigned from manager.</li>
<li>Controlling the foreman and flow of work.</li>
<li>Preform all root cause analysis and ability to make all investigation to improve working. </li>
<li>Make all method statement and ability to understand all manual and drawings. </li>
<li>Take responsibility to finish the job within the agreed time without any carelessness.</li>
<li>Performing night shift job if required.</li>
<li>Adhere to HSSE as per ADC policy. </li>
<li>Working in other section of Mechanical Department as required.</li>
<li>Work extra as per the requirement for the job.</li>
<li>Prepare the commissioning schedules and hand over to Project managers.</li>
<li>Continuously follow up the work progress.</li>
<li>Prepare pre-commissioning check list sheets, fill them to ensure the work fronts for service engineers with system termination.</li>
<li>Minimize the idle time of service engineers to avoid stand by hour charges.</li>
<li>Need to communicate and with service engineer.</li>
<li>Preparing daily work progress and commissioning reports.</li>
<li>Submit all report throw QA/QC.</li>
<li>Provide all requirements for Commissioning in advance. </li>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. </li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Requires minimum of 15 years experiences in the field of ship repairing yard and new ship building.</li>
</ul>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: </strong></p>
<ul dir="auto">
<li>Requires a good understanding of general mechanical drawing, mechanical process and sequence drawing.</li>
<li>Test, design, development and operations.</li>
<li>Requires good skill in Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto cad, 3D software etc.</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skill in English are a must (e-mail communication)</li>

<p dir = "auto">الإشراف على أعمال التركيب والتشغيل والفحص للمعدات والأنظمة والمرافق في مواقع العملاء، مع ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المعايير الفنية المعتمدة، والتأكد من تركيب الآلات والمعدات الجديدة بصورة صحيحة وتشغيلها بكفاءة مثلى بما يحقق متطلبات العملاء ويضمن أعلى مستويات الأداء والجودة.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>أولاً: العمليات اليومية</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">العمل على تطوير وتحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية، وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية الهادفة إلى رفع كفاءة الأداء وتعزيز فاعلية العمليات.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد جداول التكامل والتنسيق بما يضمن الالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشروع.</p>
<p dir = "auto">ضمان توافق المعدات مع المواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد وتنفيذ إجراءات الفحص والتشغيل للمعدات والأنظمة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تشخيص الأعطال الفنية، والتحقيق في المشكلات، وإصلاحها، ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية لها.</p>
<p dir = "auto">التنسيق المستمر مع مهندسي التركيب وإدارة المشاريع.</p>
<p dir = "auto">الإشراف على الفرق الهندسية والفنية وضمان تنظيم سير العمل بكفاءة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد التقارير الفنية والوثائق اللازمة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تقديم الدعم الفني وضمان توفير بيئة عمل آمنة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تدريب فرق الصيانة والتشغيل عند الحاجة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">الالتزام بتعليمات المدير المباشر وسياسات الشركة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تنفيذ جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالمعدات والآلات على متن السفن أو في الورش حسب التكليف.</p>
<p dir = "auto">ضبط أعمال المشرفين (Foremen) وتنظيم تدفق العمل.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد تقارير تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis) واقتراح التحسينات اللازمة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد منهجيات العمل (Method Statements) وفهم الكتيبات الفنية والمخططات.</p>
<p dir = "auto">الالتزام بإنجاز الأعمال ضمن الإطار الزمني المتفق عليه دون تقصير.</p>
<p dir = "auto">العمل بنظام المناوبات الليلية عند الحاجة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة (HSSE) وفق سياسات الشركة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تقديم الدعم للأقسام الأخرى ضمن الإدارة الميكانيكية عند الحاجة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">العمل لساعات إضافية حسب متطلبات العمل.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>ثانياً: أعمال التشغيل والتسليم</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد جداول التشغيل (Commissioning Schedules) وتسليمها لمديري المشاريع.</p>
<p dir = "auto">المتابعة المستمرة لتقدم الأعمال.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد قوائم التحقق ما قبل التشغيل (Pre-Commissioning Checklists) واستكمالها لضمان جاهزية الأنظمة لمهندسي الخدمة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">تقليل فترات انتظار مهندسي الخدمة لتفادي رسوم الساعات الاحتياطية.</p>
<p dir = "auto">التنسيق والتواصل المستمر مع مهندسي الخدمة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية وتقارير التشغيل ورفعها عبر إدارة التحكـم وضمان الجـودة</p>
<p dir = "auto">توفير جميع متطلبات أعمال التشغيل مسبقاً لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>ثالثاً: الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">ضمان الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعتمدة، بما يكفل سلامة الموظفين، وتسليم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة، والالتزام بالمسؤولية البيئية.</p>

<p dir = "auto">درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البحرية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>الخبرة العملية:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">خبرة لا تقل عن (15) سنة في مجال أحواض إصلاح السفن وبناء السفن الجديدة.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>المعارف والمهارات الخاصة بالوظيفة:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">إلمام جيد بالمخططات الميكانيكية العامة ومخططات العمليات وتسلسل الأعمال.</p>
<p dir = "auto">خبرة في الاختبار والتصميم والتطوير والعمليات التشغيلية.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office Word وExcel وPowerPoint، إلى جانب برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج التصميم ثلاثية الأبعاد وغيرها من الأدوات الهندسية ذات الصلة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">مهارات تواصل واتصال فعّالة باللغة الإنجليزية، خاصة في المراسلات الإلكترونية.</p>
<p dir = "auto">مهارات عالية في اتخاذ القرار والقيادة والإبداع.</p>
