Finland Oman School is seeking a passionate and energetic Female Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our international school community. We are looking for an educator who is committed to promoting students’ physical fitness, teamwork, well-being, and healthy lifestyle habits within a positive and inclusive learning environment aligned with the school’s values and IB philosophy.

Position: Female PE Teacher
Location: Muscat, Oman
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons appropriate to students’ age groups and abilities.
• Promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Organize and supervise sports activities, games, and school events.
• Ensure student safety during all physical activities and use of sports equipment.
• Assess and monitor student participation and progress.
• Adapt activities to support students with different learning and physical needs.
• Support school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support school activities and events.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
• Follow school safeguarding, health, and safety procedures.
• Attend meetings, duties, workshops, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor of Education in Physical Education or related specialization.
OR
• Bachelor’s degree in the specialization with Educational Training Qualification.
• IELTS Score 6

• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an international school environment.
• Good classroom and activity management skills.
• Passion for student development, sports, and physical well-being.
• IB or international school experience is an advantage.

Working Conditions
• Full-time position based on the academic calendar.
• 5 working days per week.
• Flexibility to attend school events, competitions, activities, and workshops when required.
