<p dir = "auto">الهدف الوظيفي: يشغل رئيس الدعم المؤسسي منصبًا قياديًا استراتيجيًا للاشراف عن الدوائر والاقسام الداعمة للبورصة، بما في ذلك الإدارة المالية، راس المال البشري ، الأنظمة والتطوير، والبنية الأساسية لتقنية المعلومات. ويتولى المسؤولية الرئيسية عن التخطيط والتنفيذ والتوجيه والرقابة لكافة الأنشطة المالية والتشغيلية والإدارية المرتبطة بهذه الوظائف، بما يضمن تعزيز الاستدامة المالية والتشغيلية، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المؤسسية، ودعم تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للبورصة. كما انه يشرف على تطوير السياسات والأنظمة والإجراءات المعنية بالدوائر التابعة له ، وتعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية، والإشراف على التقارير المالية والامتثال، بما يضمن بيئة تشغيل آمنة وفعّالة تُسهم في تعزيز جاهزية واستقرار البورصة. إضافة إلى ذلك، يلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في قيادة عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتقديم المشورة التنفيذية لضمان اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة وفعّالة على مستوى المؤسسة.</p>

<li>ضمان دقة وتوقيت التقارير المالية وفقًا للمعايير المحاسبية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.</li>
<li>مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمؤشرات الاقتصادية لاتخاذ قرارات مالية صحيحة .</li>
<li>إعداد وتقديم البيانات والتقارير المالية حول الوضع المالي والأداء إلى الإدارة العليا والجهات الرقابية.</li>
<li>التعاون مع الفريق التنفيذي في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية من خلال تقديم التحليل المالي والنمذجة والتخطيط .</li>
<li>تقييم وتحسين الأنظمة والتقنيات المالية لدعم نمو البورصة واستقرارها المالي.</li>
<li>التأكد من وجود ضوابط داخلية فعّالة تضمن الحفاظ على أصول البورصة واستقرارها المالي والتشغيلي.</li>
<li>إدارة علاقات البورصة مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية وتعزيز العلاقات مع الأطراف ذات العلاقة.</li>
<li>التفاوض على الاتفاقيات المالية والعقود والشراكات لتعظيم مصالح المنظمة المالية.</li>
<li>الإشراف على المشاريع التي تخص تنمية القيمه المحلية المضافة .</li>
<li>الإشراف على دائرة راس المال البشري وضمان تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات وفق أفضل الممارسات.</li>
<li>قيادة و تنفيذ خطط التعاقب الوظيفي، التدريب والتطوير، إدارة الأداء، الرواتب والمزايا، والاستقطاب.</li>
<li>الإشراف على الخدمات الإدارية وإدارة المرافق والتأكد من كفاءتها التشغيلية.</li>
<li>الإشراف على دائرة الأنظمة والتطوير وضمان توافق الأنظمة والتطبيقات مع احتياجات البورصة ومتطلبات العمل.</li>
<li>الإشراف على تطوير وتحديث الأنظمة التقنية وتقديم الدعم الفني اللازم للوحدات التنظيمية.</li>
<li>الإشراف على دائرة البنية الأساسية لتقنية المعلومات والتأكد من جاهزية واستقرار البنية التقنية، وأمن المعلومات، واستمرارية الأعمال.</li>
<li>دراسة واعتماد احتياجات التقنية والبنية التحتية ومراجعة العقود التقنية وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الأمن السيبراني.</li>
<li>مراقبة أداء الإدارات التابعة ورفع التقارير الدورية عن الأداء والتقدم التنفيذي للإدارة العليا.</li>
<li>ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية واللوائح الرقابية والمتطلبات التشريعية ذات العلاقة.</li>
<li>تحديد وتقييم المخاطر التشغيلية المرتبطة بالإدارات التابعة ووضع خطط للحد منها ومتابعة تنفيذها.</li>
<li>التواصل والتنسيق مع الجهات الرقابية والمدققين الداخليين والخارجيين وتوفير المعلومات اللازمة.</li>
<li>تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات تحسين العمليات بما يعزز كفاءة العمل والتكامل بين الإدارات الداعمة.</li>

<p dir = "auto">Chief Corporate Services holds a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the core support functions of the Exchange, including Finance, Human Capital, Systems &amp; Development, and IT Infrastructure. The role carries primary accountability for planning, implementing, guiding, and monitoring all financial, administrative, technical, and operational activities related to these functions, ensuring financial and operational sustainability, enhancing the efficiency of corporate support services, and enabling the achievement of the Exchange’s strategic objectives.</p>
<p dir = "auto">The position also leads the development of relevant policies, systems, and procedures, strengthens the digital infrastructure, and oversees financial reporting and compliance to ensure a secure and effective operating environment that enhances the Exchange’s readiness and stability. Additionally, the role plays a key part in driving strategic planning processes and providing executive advisory support to ensure informed and effective institutional decision‑making.</p>
