Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and emergency care to employees when neededManage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatmentMaintain health records and employee medical filesSupport health and wellness programs (e.g. vaccinations, health checks)Monitor and report health hazards at the workplace•Conduct health awareness sessions and safety trainingEnsure compliance with occupational health & safety regulationsMaintain medical supplies and first aid kitsSupport during workplace inspections or auditsQualifications:Diploma/Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse)Valid nursing licenseExperience in occupational health or industrial setting preferred•Basic knowledge of health & safety regulationsSkills Required:First Aid and emergency responseGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and record-keepingAbility to work independently and handle emergenciesRequired Certifications For Licence:•BLS – Basic Life SupportACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support•Trauma Care Certification (e.g., ITLS, PHTLS, or equivalent)
