Work experience: · Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development in the TIC industry, with a focus on agriculture and/or minerals inspection. · MBA/bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline · Experience working for a recognized TIC company or inspection agency. · Strong understanding of commodity inspection, certification standards, and international trade regulations. · Strong knowledge of commodities markets, trading practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. · Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. · Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. · Results-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation. · Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Employee Job Description>> Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue targets in agriculture, Fertilizers, Metal and/or Minerals inspection. · Identify and onboard new clients, exporters, importers, traders, and government agencies. · Expand services to new regions and markets, identifying key products with high demand for inspection and testing. · Drive lead generation, cold calling, and networking to establish relationships with key stakeholders. · Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue for our commodities inspection services. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and geographical regions, including agriculture, minerals. · Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commodities traders, producers, manufacturers, regulatory agencies, and industry associations. · Collaborate with internal teams to tailor inspection solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients across different commodities and sectors. · Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and expectations. · Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines. · Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments that may impact commodities inspection requirements and opportunities. · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our commodities inspection services and enhance brand visibility. · Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and competitive intelligence. · Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities. · Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
