Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesManaging complete Facility Management contract for hard ServicesStrong knowledge in MEP Operation & Maintenance in OmanTo be responsible for all operations Including staff, budget and performance of the FM Services in their Contracts.Excellent in Contract Administration Oversee the daily operations of the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS), ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.Lead the implementation and maintenance of IFMS modules, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, to improve financial processes.Provide expert-level support and training to end-users on IFMS functionalities, empowering them to effectively manage financial data.Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures within the IFMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.Analyze financial data within the IFMS to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in financial performance.Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes within the IFMS, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Conduct regular audits of IFMS data and processes to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
