Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage all quantity surveying and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and periodic cost reports.Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance.Prepare, review, and submit interim payment applications and certify subcontractor payment claims.Identify, prepare, negotiate, and manage variation orders, contractual claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Prepare and finalize subcontractor and main contract final accounts.Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, variations, claims, and payments.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on all commercial and contractual matters.Provide commercial support to the Project Manager, identify commercial risks, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
