Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all E&I maintenance activities for conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, crushers, ship loaders/unloaders, and associated systemsDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programsTroubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation faults to minimize downtimeOversee calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments (sensors, transmitters, analyzers, etc.)Manage PLC, SCADA, and control systems for plant automation and optimizationPlan and execute shutdowns, breakdown maintenance, and major repairsEnsure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policiesLead, train, and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractorsMaintain maintenance records, reports, and documentationCoordinate with operations, mechanical teams, and external vendorsMonitor spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs
