<p>يكون إداري الشحن والتخليص مسؤولاً عن إدارة جميع العمليات اليومية لشركة أسياد اللوجستية في مجال الشحن والتخليص، بما في ذلك الشحنات التصديرية والواردات بكافة أنواعها . ويعمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية مع العملاء، مسؤولاً عن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعملاء مثل تقديم العروض، إدارة الطلبات، الحجوزات، حل المشكلات، إعداد التقارير، وإجراء مراجعات الأعمال..</p>

<p>· .متابعة اللوائح الجمركية ومتطلبات الامتثال التجاري لضمان سير عمليات التخليص بسلاسة</p>

<p>· .تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة أي تباينات أو مشكلات جودة</p>
<p></p>
<p>· تطوير المعرفة المهنية ومواكبة أحدث المستجدات في صناعة الشحن من خلال الانخراط في الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل والمشاركة في المؤتمرات والفعاليات المتخصصة.</p>

<p>· تمثيل عمليات الشحن والنقل لشركة أسياد اللوجستية بشكل مهني في جميع الأوقات.</p>

<p>· تخطيط وتنظيم الشحنات المحلية والدولية وضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المحدد.</p>

<p>· التنسيق مع العملاء والموردين وناقلات البضائع لتسهيل عمليات النقل والمتابعة المستمرة للشحنات.</p>
<p></p>
<p>· إدارة علاقات العملاء والمرسلين والمستلمين بشكل فعال لضمان رضاهم التام.</p>
<p></p>
<p>· التواصل مع المكاتب الداخلية والخارجية، والوكلاء، وشركات النقل الجوي والبحري والبري ووكلاء التخليص الجمركي.</p>

<p>إدارة الوثائق:</p>
<p></p>
<p>· إعداد ومراجعة كافة مستندات الشحن بشكل دقيق لتعكس تفاصيل الشحنات بدقة.، بما في ذلك الفواتير، ووثائق النقل ، وقوائم التعبئة، والأوراق الجمركية، لضمان الالتزام باللوائح والمعايير المعتمدة .</p>

<p>· مراقبة جودة الفواتير وضمان مطابقتها لعروض الأسعار الداخلية والمؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء.</p>

<p>الامتثال الجمركي:</p>

<p>· التعاون مع وكلاء التخليص الجمركي لتسهيل عمليات التخليص عند الحدود وضمان الالتزام باللوائح.</p>

<p>متابعة الشحنات وإعداد التقارير:</p>

<p>· استخدام أنظمة متابعة الشحن لمراقبة الشحنات وتقديم تحديثات دقيقة لأصحاب المصلحة.</p>

<p>· إعداد تقارير دورية حول حالة الشحنات وأوقات النقل وأداء التسليم.</p>

<p>التنسيق مع الموردين:</p>

<p>· التنسيق مع شركات النقل ووكلاء الشحن لضمان تنظيم جداول الاستلام والتسليم بكفاءة.</p>

<p>· الحفاظ على علاقات مهنية إيجابية مع الموردين لضمان جودة الخدمة.</p>

<p>حل المشكلات وضمان الجودة:</p>

<p>· التعرف على المشاكل المحتملة في الشحن واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية لتجنب أي تعطيل.</p>

<p>· إجراء عمليات تفتيش ومراجعة شاملة للشحنات للتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة المعتمدة وسياسات الشركة.</p>

<p>خدمة العملاء:</p>

<p>· العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية مع العملاء والرد على استفساراتهم ومتابعة الشحنات.</p>

<p>· التعامل مع أي مشكلات تتعلق بالشحن بسرعة وفعالية لضمان رضا العملاء.</p>

<p>المؤهلات العلمية:</p>
<p></p>
<p>· درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، أو مجال ذي صلة.</p>
<p></p>
<p>الخبرة العملية:</p>
<p></p>
<p>· خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الشحن والنقل لحملة البكالوريوس، و5 سنوات لحملة الدبلوم.</p>
<p></p>
<p>المهارات الوظيفية:</p>

<p>· الإلمام بعمليات الشحن والنقل وإعداد الوثائق واللوائح الجمركية.</p>
<p></p>
<p>· مهارات تنظيمية عالية والانتباه للتفاصيل لإدارة عدة شحنات بفعالية.</p>

<p>· القدرة على استخدام برامج الشحن والأدوات ذات الصلة.</p>

<p>Role Objectives:</p>
<p>As a Freight Forwarding Executive you are responsible for handling all ASYAD Logistics day to day freight forwarding operations including all export and import LCL/FCL/Air and Sea Shipments As the single point of contact for your clients, you are responsible for all client facing activities, including quotations, order management, bookings, resolution of service issues, providing and analyzing reports and running business reviews.</p>
<p>Strategic:</p>
<p>Stay up to date with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.</p>
<p>Implement corrective actions to address any discrepancies or quality issues.</p>
<p>Stay up to date in the industry by staying aware of educational opportunities, workshops, publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.</p>
<p>Represent ASYAD Freight Forwarding operations in a professional manner at all times.</p>
<p>Operational:</p>
<p>Shipment Coordination:</p>
<p></p>
<p>Plan, organize, and coordinate shipments for domestic and international freight forwarding operations.</p>
<p>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transportation carriers to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.</p>
<p>Efficiently manage all BCO / Cargo Owner / Shipper / Consignee relationships and requirements.</p>
<p>Liaise with onshore and offshore offices, agents, clients, carriers, airlines, customs brokers, and trucking companies.</p>
<p>Documentation Management:</p>

<p>Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.</p>
<p>Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulations and accurately reflects shipment details.</p>
<p>Monitor invoice quality and ensure these are in line with internal KPIs and customer quotations.</p>
<p>Customs Compliance:</p>

<p>Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods at international borders.</p>
<p>Freight Tracking and Reporting:</p>

<p>Utilize freight tracking systems and FRESA software to monitor shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.</p>
<p>Generate regular reports on shipment status, transit times, and delivery performance.</p>
<p>Vendor Coordination:</p>
<p></p>
<p>Communicate with transportation carriers, freight agents, and other service providers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.</p>
<p>Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure efficient and reliable services.</p>
<p>Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:</p>

<p>Identify potential shipment issues and proactively work to resolve them to avoid disruptions.</p>
<p>Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions to operational challenges.</p>
<p>Quality Assurance:</p>

<p>Conduct quality checks on shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.</p>

<p>Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing shipment status updates.</p>
<p>Collaborate with the customers to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly and professionally.</p>

<p>Education &amp; Qualifications</p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</p>
<p>Experience</p>
<p>Minimum of 4 years of work experience in freight forwarding operations for bachelor’s degree holders, and 5 years for Diploma holders.</p>
<p>Functional</p>
<p>Familiarity with freight forwarding processes, documentation, and customs regulations.</p>
<p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple shipments effectively.</p>
<p>Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and other relevant tools.</p>
<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</p>
