<p dir = "auto"><strong> Financial Strategy & Planning</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic business plans.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to the executive team.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board, including performance insights, key risks, and actionable recommendations.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Embed a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and value-based decision-making across the organization</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Accounting & Financial Reporting</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections in accordance with IFRS and applicable local standards.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Ensure the integrity of financial data through robust internal controls and accounting practices.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Supervise accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end closing activities.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Treasury & Funding</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Manage the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and capital structure.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Secure project and corporate financing, ensuring optimal terms and compliance with covenants.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Oversee liquidity management, and funding for development projects.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Act as a finance lead in major negotiations (term sheets, contracts, concessions, JV documentation) in coordination with Legal and Development.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong> Risk Management & Compliance</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks across the organization.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Ensure compliance with local tax laws (including VAT), financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Lead internal control initiatives and support internal/external audits with timely and accurate financial data.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong> Policies, Procedures & Controls</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Develop and implement finance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Maintain strong financial discipline and accountability across all business units.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong>Board & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and business cases to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Provide strategic insights and financial advice to support high-level decision-making.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong> Leadership & Team Development</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team, setting KPIs and performance objectives aligned with the department's goals.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE </strong></span></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance director or CFO).</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Proven track record in raising, structuring, and closing both debt and equity financing, particularly for large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Experience in the real estate development sector is highly desirable</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS), regulatory compliance, and internal controls.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the Board and senior stakeholders.</p>
<p dir = "auto"><strong><em>Preferred:</em></strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">• Prior experience working in or with sovereign wealth funds or large institutional investors in the Middle East.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Familiarity with fund structuring and fund management, especially as it relates to real estate and infrastructure projects.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Knowledge of the Omani and GCC real estate and tourism markets, including regional local financing regulations and market dynamics.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Understanding of real estate product design, product mix and pricing strategies</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Exposure to crypto-assets, tokenization, or digital financing mechanisms within real estate or capital markets.</p>
<p dir = "auto">• Experience with real estate collections and revenue cycle management in development and sales phases.</p>
