Job description:
The Cybersecurity Analyst supports the Cybersecurity Department in protecting Nama Dhofar Services’ critical operational environments, including electricity, water, smart metering, and wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support cybersecurity operations (OT) at Nama Dhofar Services, in line with approved policies and procedures.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity controls aligned with Cybersecurity Framework.

• Support vulnerability and risk management activities, including documentation of findings and tracking remediation actions.

• Assist with cybersecurity incident response activities, including initial analysis, evidence collection, reporting, and post incident documentation.

• Support compliance and audit activities by preparing documentation and evidence required for internal and external reviews.

• Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives by helping prepare materials, presentations, or user guidance.
