The ideal candidate should possess excellent commercial acumen, technical understanding of masterbatches, and a proven track record in achieving sales and collection targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve assigned revenue and collection targets.Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in terms of both volume and value.Manage and expand the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate with technical teams to provide effective solutions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Utilize SAP for sales-related activities and reporting (preferred).
