<p>Role Objectives:</p>
<p>The First Officer assists the Captain in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the aircraft. The role requires strict adherence to operational documentation and SOPs while supporting effective cockpit coordination. The First Officer plays an active role in supporting On Time Performance (OTP) and contributing to the achievement of the company’s operational KPIs.</p>

<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. Assist with all pre flight planning, preparation, and briefings.</p>
<p>2. Operate the aircraft as Pilot Flying (PF) or Pilot Monitoring (PM) as assigned.</p>
<p>3. Ensure full compliance with all operational documentation, including the Operations Manual, SOPs, checklists, company policies and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>4. Maintain effective communication with ATC, cabin crew, dispatch, and ground teams.</p>
<p>5. Apply CRM principles to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.</p>
<p>6. Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs.</p>
<p>7. Perform duties in a manner that supports OTP and contributes to the achievement of operational KPIs, including punctuality, fuel efficiency, reporting accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.</p>
<p>8. Assist with post flight tasks, documentation, and operational reporting.</p>
<p>9. Uphold company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer experience.</p>
<p>10. Maintain personal qualifications and training currency.</p>

<p>Minimum Education, Qualification &amp; Skills:</p>
<p>Commercial pilot license (CPL/IR) and ATPL theoretical knowledge issued by competent authority with Appropriate type rating.</p>
<p>Successful completion of the applicable Type Rating Conversion Course</p>
<p></p>
<p>Must be Less than 50 years</p>
<p>License</p>
<p>Direct Entry:</p>
<p>• Rated: Valid CPL(A)/IR with Frozen ATPL (EASA/ICAO/Oman) with twin engine and valid type rating on type</p>
<p>• Non-Rated: Valid CPL(A)/IR with Frozen ATPL (EASA/ICAO/Oman) with twin engine and a valid type rating</p>
<p>• Foreign license must be acceptable to CAA Oman and verified by the state of issue</p>
<p>• All documents and required rating must be valid for 6 months from the date of application.</p>
<p>• Must have completed training in Human Factors</p>
<p>Company Second Officer to First Officer:</p>
<p>• Completion of first type rating (final line check)</p>
<p>Medical</p>
<p>• Current Class 1 Medical Experience</p>
<p>Direct Entry:</p>
<p>• Rated Foreign CPL(A)/IR: Minimum total hours 1500 on multi-pilot certified aeroplanes with 300 hours on type</p>
<p>• Rated Oman CPL(A)/IR: Minimum total hours 500 on multi-pilot certified aeroplanes with 300 hours on type</p>
<p>• Non-Rated Foreign CPL(A)/IR: Minimum total hours 1500 on multi-pilot certified aeroplanes</p>
<p>• Non-Rated Oman CPL(A)/IR: Minimum total hours 500 on multi-pilot certified aeroplanes</p>
<p>Company Second Officer to First Officer:</p>
<p>• Completion of first type rating (final line check)</p>
