Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. Core ResponsibilitiesLead and manage project controls teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring clear priorities, delivery focus, and accountabilityDrive integration of cost, schedule, and progress data, ensuring alignment and a single version of the truthConsolidate complex information into clear, concise, and decision-ready insights for managementEnsure all reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned across projects and stakeholdersEstablish and enforce structured workflows, improving efficiency and eliminating disconnects across teamsAct as the key interface across disciplines and with the client, aligning expectations and outputsIdentify issues early, take ownership, and drive resolution across teamsOperate under pressure to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlinesImprove processes and ways of working in a practical and implementable mannerBring together fragmented teams and environments into a cohesive, aligned functionKey CapabilitiesAbility to plan ahead and stay ahead of issuesStrong information consolidation and synthesis skillsAbility to operate effectively under pressure and ambiguityStrong coordination and leadership across multiple teams and stakeholdersConfidence in driving decisions and pushing for outcomesAbility to simplify complex data into clear, actionable messages
Minimum 6-8+ years’ experience in EPC/EPCm environments, with exposure to large capital projects and multi-project portfolio deliveryProven experience leading or coordinating project controls, cost, or planning teams in complex delivery environmentsStrong technical background in cost management and planning, with the ability to understand and challenge outputs across disciplinesDemonstrable experience working across integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting frameworksExperience managing stakeholders, including client-facing interactions within major project environmentsDegree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or a related discipline (typically required for visa and compliance purposes)
